Today's Latino Trailblazer: Chef Daisy Martinez. Leading other women and aspiring chefs in the game of food and fabulous Latin cuisine, Daisy has published cookbooks and hosted her own show on PBS. I've chatted with her a few times and can say she's a sweet, down to earth lady! Would love to sit at her table and really good food! Can you even imagine it!
