{Beauty Bloom}: Estée Lauder Sticks With Paints

Have I told you how much I love makeup? I don't wear it every day, but when I do, I transform into a sparkly dust fairy and relish in tinkering with everything I have in season to create fun yet sophisticated looks. There's nothing like letting our face be a canvas where we can interpret our mood through color and texture. Estée Lauder understands that with their newly released Pure Color Stay-on Shadow Paints.

These are little pods are splendid jars of lusciousness. The hyper pigmented shadows are glossy, supple and mouse like. The fun part, much like powder shadows, is their versatility in layering. Use one or triple up with colors that blend well. The result is a bold and beautiful eye that lasts your entire work day!

Fabulous.

Creative Director, Tom Pecheux nailed his vision when relaying his idea:

I wanted to experiment with texture and create a new way of playing with makeup. Pure Color Stay-on Shadow Paints are great for mixing and are an especially easy way to apply makeup -- there are infinite possibilities.
I can appreciate affordable, everyday drugstore brands, but the feeling of wearing a product that applies well and won't crease (nothing tackier than oily creases) makes my life simpler and more sexy. These are like gels that don't want to peel off. And for me, that's genius. The best way to apply is with your finger or a synthetic concealer brush. The more blending you do, the more dramatic the look.

My personal favorite combo from the ones I've tried: Bold Cobalt and Steel. What a sexy cocktail of colors.

Looking to get my hands on the Extreme Emerald -- you know it's so chic!

All 9 shades available on counters now for $24 each. If you like creamy textures, try these. You'll adore.

Que colores más bellos. Me imagino que son súper cremosos. Se le nota.
